    1. Keep your face clear
    2. Use little hear on your hair

  • Keeping your face clear

    Sleep with your hair up out of your face
    Wash your face every day
    Use acne medicine
    Avoid touching your face
    Drinks LOTS of water
    Try to avoid stress

  • Using little heat on your hair
    (Keeps it long and healthy)

    Heat and hair dye damage your hair. Avoid them.
    Avoid using hairspray/ muse/ anything like that.

  • Eat healthy
    (Keeps your skin clear and weight off)
    Pretty much sums it up itself.
    Stay away from sweets, dairy (2% milk, cheese, ice cream) , and white grain (ex. White bread, white rice, anything flour)

    If you must drink milk, drink low fat, soy, almond, silk, 1%.
    If you must eat bread eat wheat, sourdough, rye.

    If you must have sweets due to low blood sugar or something like that, make a fruit smoothie and add chocolate.

  • Workout everyday

    The basic workouts that work best
    Jumping jacks
    Lifting weights

    Determine how much you do of each off how much you are able to do before you get sick.

    Workout every day/ 5 days a week of you want. You'll see results after 3 months. Train hard. Work hard. Do it for the "damn you got hot"

  • Save up money.
    For those of us who don't have much to save do the 30 day challenge.
    Start with one penny and double it the next day giving you two pennies. Double it the next day giving you four pennies. So on and so forth, for 30 days or longer if you like. Adds up quicker than you think
