You lose motivation. You run to get that ice cream and skittles. Well at least I ran 10 feet thats my workout for today, I'm to tired to do exercise today, I'm probably still burning of calories from yesterday or last week, It says doing 3 days of exercise for about 20 mins is okay you say on the first day 'I'll do it tomorrow and the next day' opps schedule didn't fit today I'll do it another day. You keep postponing it to another day and then its Sunday and u feel guilty for not working out when u said u didn't have time when really u lay in bed watching Zoella & Alphie or Connor Franta vlog
