What you won't be eating anymore:
Super salty foods
When you won't be eating food:
After 8 pm
30 minutes after your workout
Fruit for breakfast (mango, pineapple, regular apple, berries, banana, NOTHING CITRUS)
Lunch: Veggies (Anything green, not red or white or yellow)
Dinner: only lean proteins (turkey, chicken), veggies (spinach), and any healthy grain (quinoa)
If you REALLY need dessert:
Yogurt with berries or fruit is okay
On the other days, try to follow a similar pattern but consume at least 200 more calories
If you want to lose tummy fat, try these. *it is very difficult to target weight loss, you may be doing all of these exercises and not losing tummy fat but still weight. You may need to work on losing internal fat before external can be burned.
Try to do 1hr of cardio and weight training every day
