How To Lose Weight And Keep It Off #springforward
Health & Fitness
Running isn't always fun, but it's good for you and your legs. Try getting out to a track or just jog on the sidewalk a couple times a week. You will not see instant results, but after a while you will notice less thigh and calve fat and more muscle and possibly a flatter stomach.
Drink green tea to boost your metabolism so it's easier to lose the desired weight. It's better to keep with this after you've lost your desired weight to keep the weight off.
You also need to drink plenty of water. Try to make sure you drink at least a gallon a day.
Keep track of your calorie and exercise intake. My favorite app to use is My Fitness Pal. It's easy to use. It gives you a recommendation of how much sugar, fat, protein, carbs, sodium, and of course calories. Try to keep you exercise number higher than your calorie number to expect weight loss.
Make sure to weigh and measure yourself every week. Plan a day every week to see your progress.
Ex. Weighing in and measuring every Wednesday
Make sure to stretch to keep from getting sore. Stretching burns calories and helps you relax.
For me, I stay busy between track and soccer. I burn about 1,500 calories a day. With all of these tips here I've lost 6 pounds in a week and a half. In a month I've lost about 20 pounds.
The secret to losing weight and keeping it off is to stretch before and after workouts, drinking lots of water (and green tea), and staying active.
And don't forget to stay hydrated, relaxed, and healthy.
If you don't want to run, you can do other workouts like this one for example.
A good workout app is 8fit. 👍🏻
Thank you for reading all the way through my tip and enjoy. 💕
