Nuts and Seeds: Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, etc.
High-Fat Dairy: Cheese, butter, heavy cream, yogurt.
Fats and Oils: Coconut oil, butter, lard, olive oil and cod fish liver oil.
Be sure to drink water with lemon and lime in it. No fizzy drinks or caffeinated drinks!
Do 30 minutes-1hour of intense cardio each day.
If possible. Spend 2 sessions a day in a sauna or one in sauna one in steam rooms! A session in there is 15-17 minutes depending on the tempature of it. Be sure to bring water in with you though to avoid dehydration!
