  • I have come up with a great idea on how to loose 5 pounds in 7 days. Whether it's for a night out, a big event, ect. This doesn't require starving yourself, because that's not a good idea whatsoever . It's simple.

  • First step:
    Drink mainly milk and water. Avoid energy drinks, or sports drinks (like Gatorade) they are a waste of about 100 calories and they don't even fill you up. Drink the water then eat something with 100 calories that will fill you up better.

  • Second step:
    Cut out carbs. Such as bread, pasta, basically everything with wheat. These simple good products cause bloating especially in your stomach.

  • Start by doing 30 crunches and 20 push ups a day and if you want to challenge yourself, double it! A active life style is very important and really, your supposed to exercise for 1 hour each day!
