I have come up with a great idea on how to loose 5 pounds in 7 days. Whether it's for a night out, a big event, ect. This doesn't require starving yourself, because that's not a good idea whatsoever . It's simple.
Drink mainly milk and water. Avoid energy drinks, or sports drinks (like Gatorade) they are a waste of about 100 calories and they don't even fill you up. Drink the water then eat something with 100 calories that will fill you up better.
Cut out carbs. Such as bread, pasta, basically everything with wheat. These simple good products cause bloating especially in your stomach.
Start by doing 30 crunches and 20 push ups a day and if you want to challenge yourself, double it! A active life style is very important and really, your supposed to exercise for 1 hour each day!
