  • This is how to loose a pound every day if you have a family get them to join in aswell.Get up early and go for a run.Come back and take a shower wake your family up and get breakfast.Go out for a long walk make sure you bring a drink and a little snack.When you come home get the bikes out and go for a 3-5 hour cycle come home and rest.Also I don't recommend do this with children under 13
