  • 1) Confidence is key! I know it's weird and you may not think it will work but trust me, it does! Simply just thinking 'hey I feel good today' can brighten you're mood and make you look/feel 10 times better!

  • 2) Posture! Posture! Posture! Now a days it means as if almost everyone has a terrible posture! And having a terrible posture doesn't just ruin your image but also can cause back pains/arching, breathing difficulties and seem as if you're a hunching over everything. Talk about a mood killer!

First, roll your shoulders back till you're upright. Second, make sure you're rub cage is lifted slightly and you're head erect.

Now I'm not saying you HAVE to always stand like this but it doesn't hurt to show some confidence in yourself!

  • 3) Smile! Everyone loves a good smile! Why not show your's off? Don't hide and shy away from something, smile and even try squinting slightly. Not too much however!

  • 4) BE YOU!
