How To Keep Hands Soft During The Winter!

  • We all know how dry and icky our hands get in the winter, sometimes hand lotion just isn't enough. Here is a cool trick with instant results!

  • Start with 3/4 a tbs of coconut oil, rub it into your hands continuously for about 7-10 minutes. Focus more on the drier patches of skin. Usually the driest parts are knuckles and skin between thumb and the rest of your hand.

  • Once you have massaged the coconut oil into your hands they will start to feel smoother. Wash off the oil with regular soap and warm water.

  • Now that the oil is off your hands, it's time to rub on some Vaseline. It's always better to use too much than too little.

  • If you already have a tested lotion of choice feel free to use that! Here's the one I used^^^. Just make sure you know the quality of the lotion before using it with this trick

  • For lasting results continue using your lotion of choice/Vaseline at various points throughout the day and your hands will be silky smooth in no time. To maintain soft hands, never leave the house without gloves until the weather gets warm enough. This is especially important for sensitive skin.
