  • 1. Exercise

Having an appropriate exercise will allow you to release stress. In other words, exercising will eliminate those things that are preventing you from having a good self-esteem.

  • 2. Have a positive attitude

Remember that a human can't be "perfect" just try your best, that will be good enough.

  • 3. Find something that you are good at

Finding a thing you enjoy doing will not only provide you with happiness and satisfaction, it will also give you the idea of you doing the right thing.

  • 4. Stop comparing yourself to others

Comparing yourself to others will not bring any kind of improvement, it will just prevent you from success.

  • 5. Enjoy life

Most of the people don't have an idea of "what life means", to find the meaning of "life" you need to be constantly in contact with it meaning that you need to go out and explore.

  • I dare you to take a moment and reflect on what you just read and ask yourself: do I still want to have a bad self-esteem? Do I need to change? And lastly Do I want to change? I am pretty sure that if you try this you will find many improvements, such as improvement in help, in confidence, etc.
