  • Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night!πŸ‘ŒThe best thing you can do for your skin, mind and all around wellbeing is sleep. As hard as it is to imagine, staying up late even to cram for a test does not help you in the long run.

  • Wake up early! This is one of the reasons it's important to go to sleep early, stumbling into school half asleep is not good for so many reasons. You want to feel good about yourself when you walk into school and to do this you want to be fully functioning.

I have other apps but it made me so much calmer

  • Do homework as soon as possible! Make yourself a schedule and you will see that you have half the night left to do things YOU want to do, the time you usually spend procrastinating πŸ˜‚.

  • Be active! You don't need to have gym membership to look like that πŸ‘† find something you love to do like run/swim/karate/dance and sign up for a class or just do it! Put it on your schedule or else we both know it won't happen. It's best to do it with someone else so they keep you in check πŸ’ƒ
