How To Get To Sleep

I have a fear of sleep. So to help some of you guys who are either scared or have insomnia (both of which effect me) I am making this.
The first thing I'm gonna say (and most popular you'll hear) is take a bath before bed. Stay in there a long time and make it the perfect temperature. Perfect.
Next I usually Google ways to sleep. This doesn't help. I help myself by imagining stuff. You can imagine a celebrity, a loved one. Even a pet. Just imagine your talking to them and they're there. It uses loads of brain power to stop your bad thoughts. It's makes you super tired to.
