I usually use exfoliating gloves while in the shower. It's not safe to exfoliate daily but I do it maybe 3 times a week just because I don't have super sensitive skin and I also moisturize.

I also use this body wash. I've been using this for years and it makes your skin silky smooth! Even without exfoliating. I used to use it as a face wash as well and would rarely get pimples when I would use it! It made my face extremely smooth.
