  • Stretch. Before you go to sleep stretch out your muscles. It will help you de-stress from your day.

  • Tea. Before I stretch I like to have a cup of camomile tea or sleepy time tea, really any tea that does NOT have caffeine in it. (I recommend camomile)

  • Massage your head. I often have headaches so a nice head massage helps me calm down.

  • Stay away from screens! Don't go on your cellphone, laptop, ect... Drop the electronics at least 15 min before bed.
