How To Get Rid Of Period Cramps Without Meds
Go to your sink. Turn it on hot only hot water. Don't turn on the cold. Let it get really hot. Get a washcloth and soak it with the hot water. Squeeze it out. Then go lay down and put the washcloth on where the craps are. It should relieve the pain of the cramps.
You turn on your sink to burning hot just like before. Then get an empty water bottle or any plastic bottle. Fill it up. Then go lay down and put the bottle on where the cramps are. The heat lasts longer with the bottle than the washcloth. So the one I would mostly suggest between the two is this one.
You can also drink peppermint tea. Or maybe tea in general. But the peppermint soothes the pain.
There's also ginger. Like you can have it like Canada Dry which I'm drinking right now. Or ginger in food. Whatever floats you boat.
Try to stay happy. Because happy hormones make the body feel less pain. It works trust me. And if you are having a hard time staying happy. Try working out with a friend. Or just exercising n general on a daily basis it helps.
