A long time ago we read one of the military doctors advice on how to keep your joints in good condition and at the same time eliminate many problems associated with them. We checked on it, my friends and I were quite satisfied with the results from this recipe, really – a miracle!

If you have problems with pain in the joints, back, legs, neck then these recipe is for you!

  • The recipe is as follows:

Buy in any store 150 gr any edible gelatin (150gr – enough for one month treatment).

In the evening, pour 5 g gelatin (two flat teaspoon) in a quarter cup of cold (from the fridge) water.

Mix and let it stand until the morning (outside the fridge).

The gelatin will swell and turn into jelly overnight.

In the morning, drink the mixture on an empty stomach. You can add juice, water or or mix the mixture with yogurt or sour milk. Or in any other way that suits you.

  • It works so that people who have problems with joint pain, back, legs, pain in the spine, neck, etc. After a week cease to notice them!
The course of treatment is one month. Repeat in six months.

This is a way to restore the “lubrication” of the joints. And normal functioning of many organs depends on healthy joints, because everything in our body is connected. Taking painkillers full of chemistry for someone is the only solution, and this “primitive”, undemanding treatment does not inspire confidence.

  • Why is gelatine so beneficial to the joints?

Gelatin – a product of animal origin, obtained in the result of processing the connective tissue of large horned cattle – tendons, bones, cartilage, collagen is actually in the purest form. It improves the condition of internal fibers and small cells. It possesses two amino acids: proline and hidrosiprolin, which have a positive impact on the recovery of connective tissue. Gelatin is able to increase the growth and scope of the connective tissue, which is very important in diseased joints.

  • Gelatin is a useful product of exceptional quality for health improvement:

    - Strengthens joints and heart muscle
    - Improves metabolism
    - Increases mental ability
    - Maintains healthy skin condition
    - Gives elasticity and strength to the tendons and ligaments
    - Prevents the development of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis
    - Leads to improved growth and structure of hair and nails
    - Irreplaceable at dysplasia

  • From personal experience I can say that the pain in the spine and the stiffness in the neck, I felt for many months, because my job is related to longer sitting at the computer was gone in 7 days. After one month of treatment I felt much better, and the back pain disappeared! I still maintain my back with the Japanese method, which is really phenomenal.

  • Thanks for looking!
This idea is not mine. I merely shared it.
