  • Cellulite effects so many girls, even thin girls! This scrub/bars will help you a lot!

    - 6 table spoons of ground coffee
    - 5 table spoons of sugar (raw or brown)
    - 2 tea spoons of corn flour (corn starch)
    - 2 tea baking powder
    - 3 tea spoons of cinnamon ground
    - 2 table spoons of coconut oil or coconut butter

    Mix all of these together in a bowl then get a spray bottle with water. This is the important part. Spray the mix until it's damp and you can stick the mix together but it isn't desulving. That's why you don't pour the water in there.

  • Place bits of the mixture in moulds. You can use any type of mould but small muffin / cup cake trays are the best. Make sure you press the mixture down so it sticks together. Leave them in the fridge for 2/3 hours then they are ready to use.

    The reason coffee scrubs are so good for cellulite is because it is a diuretic which helps release water. Cellulite happens in so many girls and has more to do with circulation then fat. Of course if you're larger you will have more due to having more fatty deposits.
