  • We all hate how awful a bad cold can be, it can drag your health and morale right down it can also make you so restless and tired so here's a little concoction that will help you recover and get you back on track πŸ’•

  • What will this drink include?

    1 cup of boiling water
2 tsp of all natural and preferably local honey
1/2 of the juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon

  • Boil a cup of water in a kettle or on a stove and then adding the 2 teaspoons of honey and stir until dissolved then add the lemon juice and mix to distribute it evenly. Last but not least add the small amount of cinnamon and stir again πŸ’•

  • I hope this helps you on the road to recovery. Don't forget to like this tip aswell πŸ’•

    Much appreciated πŸ’•πŸ˜˜
