    Always Wanted to take up Jogging but scared of how hard it will be? Well here is a simple workout to ease you into jogging!
  • -Start off with a 5 minute brisk walk to warm up

    - Run for two minutes
    - Walk for two minutes

    - Repeat this 10 times

    - Finish with another five minute walk to cool down and prevent injuring yourself

  • After a week or two of doing this, you can begin to increase the amount of time you spend running, and less time walking!
