  • Have your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks. This will help to grow your hair as you will be getting rid of any split ends.

  • Don't use any heated equipment, let your hair have a breather and let your hair dry naturally this will help keep your hair in good condition.

  • Home deep conditioning treatments,
    1) shampoo as normal, towel sry hair as the moisture of the water dilutes conditioner by 50% after towel dry put conditioner on leave on for ten mins so do what you have to do in the bath then wash off, THAT SIMPLE.
    2) same as above but don't rinse off leave on over night by getting a plastic bag that you can get in home hi-lighting kits. Then wash off in the morning.
    3) same as number one but you leave on during the day so do some house work chill and have a tea/ coffee and wash off before you go to bed.

  • Make sure you are always using the shampoo and conditioner that is for your hair. If you colour your hair a lot use shampoo and conditioner that will lock your colour in. Damaged hair by over colouring or straightening use treatment based shampoo or conditioners like bed head level 1-2-3 these will help.
