Everyone thrives for perfect and clear skin, and most of us are not given it naturally, however, lucky for us there are a few ways to improve to appearance of our skin but also eked it healthy too.
My first tip is to ensure that you drink as much water as possible, it is a fact that the more hydrated you are, the more hydrated your skin is, it also will keep you formats healthy as well as giving you a healthy glow
The next tip, is to exfoliate your skin once a week, this can also be done all over your body, but specifically your face if you are using makeup on a regular basis as it can dry out your skin, personally I do recommend the smoky poppy seed scrub from the body shop as it works really well
I do believe that you should cleanse your face daily, this is to ensure any dirt is removed from your skin, especially if you live in a city or polluted area, I recommend the lush "let the good times roll" cleanser, this also exfoliates your face and also smells delicious
Keeping the skin moisturised is a key element to keeping skin looking clear and healthy, this is because it will hydrate the skin and add moisture, please make sure you use a facial moisturiser rather than a body moisturiser as the facial ones are design for use on the face
Finally I'd just like to say, you are all beautiful and individuals and shouldn't feel pressured to have clear skin if you don't, this was just to help those that do wish to have clearer skin, I've just shared a few tips that have helped me over the years and also my recommendations
