How To Get A Firm Looking Breast Or Help With Sagging

  • Apart from age, our beast can sag due to breastfeeding, pregnancy, extreme weight loss,menopause, strenuous exercise and ill fitting bra.

    Breast don't have muscles, they are made of fat, connective tissue and milk producing glands and need proper care. Here are steps that can help with and prevent sagging.

  • 1. Exercise. chest presses, arm raise, push ups can help strengthen and firm the breast

    2. Ice Massage - massage the breast with 2 ice cubes in a circular motion for 1 min, dry with a soft towel wear a proper fitted bra and lie on your back for 25mins repeat X3 a week

    3. Olive oils. Massage warm olive oil into breast in an upward motion to increase blood flow and stimulate cell repair. Repeat X4/week

    4. Cucumber&Egg Yolk. This helps in lifting breast, puree 1 cucumber and mix with 1 egg yolk and add 1 teaspoon of butter/cream, apply to breast and leave in for 25mins, wash with water.

  • Fenugreek
  • 5 Fenugreek has vitamins and antioxidant to fight damage and smooth skin around breast. Mix 1/4 cup of Fenugreek powder with water to form a paste and massage into breast for 5-8mins. Rinse with warm water and repeat X2/wk.

    6 Pomegranate prevents sagging. Make a paste of pomegranate peel and some warm mustard oil. Massage into breast in a circular motion for about 8mins daily before going to bed.

    7. Aloevera is also very good to strengthen tissues, apply aloe Vera gel onto breast in a circular motion for 8mins, then wait for 8 mins before rinsing with water. Repeat X4/week

  • 8. Apply Shea butter in a circular upward motion for 15mins, wait for another 5 minutes and rinse with water. Repeat 3-4times a week. It helps with firming the breast tissues.

    9. Rhassoul Clay. Mix 2 table spoons of Rhassoul Clay with enough water to form a paste. Apply to breast and leave to dry wait for 15mins and rinse out with warm water. Do it just once a week

    Other steps include Ensuring you are wearing the right fitted bra, when running or jogging, wear a support to hold the movement of breast, have a correct posture, Eat healthy foods especially proteins, vitamins food with calcium
