  • You will need:
    Pack of chicken (your choice)
    Self rising flour
    Seasonings of your choice ( I use garlic powder and season all salt)
    Vegetable oil

    Preheat burner to medium to high heat while prepping your chicken (about a 6 or 7). When you begin cooking you will want to reduce the heat to about a 5

  • 1) wash your chicken well, making sure access blood is off
    2) season chicken on both sides with a generous amount because the flour will take off access
    3) fully coat in flour
    4) place in oil and cook for about 15 mins each side or until crispy golden brown and no more blood can be seen when pierced

  • With a fork.

    5) drain chicken on a plate with napkins and let cool.
