Obvious one would be to be prescribed Anti-Depressants from your GP or Councillor.
But I want talk about if this isn't an option and Tips I was provided by my Councillor.
Fine yourself a hobby! If you have a hobby you love, feeling depressed (although you might be depressed) won't be an option.
Why not keep yourself a diary? This can contain anything. Emotions, memories, reasons. Keeping a diary can help you over come everything on your mind.
The main would be force. Force yourself to go out with friends and enjoy yourself. If you don't, you never will!
All this information is coming from me, someone who suffers from Depression for no real reason except it runs through the family. And how can it be cured if there's no trigger? These are some tips my Councillor gave to me, I'm not saying they will work but give them a try, you might be surprised.
I also know when Depressed it is hard to just get up and 'find yourself a hobby' or 'go out with friends' but like I said you have to force yourself to get up, the longer you stay in bed the more you will think about life.
