  • Here is what I have done when I was stressed and couldn't sleep during my exams:

    - Don't watch the clock (you will get more stressed looking at the time)
    -picture yourself falling asleep( this will help you relax)
    -look at a photo album (happy memories make me more relaxed, use a lamp to read it)
    -read a boring book
    -use 'Kalms nights' to promote natural sleep
    -write a list of Things you are worded about before bed
    -try not to go in your phone or electronic device
    -listen to calming music
