  • Turn off all electronics at least one hour before going to sleep.

  • Take a warm bath or shower about 1 hour before going to sleep.

  • Play soothing music. Play classical or spa music to relax

  • Turn on the air conditioner or a fan. Having your room cooler will help you fall asleep. Hot skin & a cool room are the perfect combination for sleeping.

  • Make sure your room is dark. Lights trick your body into thinking it's too early to fall asleep.

  • Wear comfy clothes, try to avoid tight shirts or wearing headbands to bed.

  • When in your bed, try counting backwards from 100 and if that doesn't work, make the number higher & try counting from 150 or 200.
