When I'm at home and bored, I tend to go to the pantry and start eating out of boredom! I started gaining weight from it, and started to think up ways to stop eating out of habit. This was the one that worked best!

Fill up a mason jar, gallon, pitcher, etc. with ice cold water.
Slice lemons, cucumbers, and/or mint leaves ( you can use all of them, only two, or even just one.)
