I didn't really suffer from RLS until the end of my pregnancy, but I know a lot of people do. It really sucks and you can lose a lot of sleep over it, so here is a good way that really helps me that may help you also!(:
1 Cup of Epsom salt
1 tub full of hot/warm bath water. 😊
It works really well, the Epsom salt really relaxes your muscles, and if you want to do this at night I would recommend Lavender Epsom salt so you will sleep better also! 💤
