  • I always have a hard time motivating myself to drink the amount of water that I need to every day! Here's the tips that I've found helpful to push myself to drink 8+ glasses a day! These aren't anything i read online or anything, it's just something I do. I hope it helps 😊

  • My first tip is about food! When you eat, take about 2-3 bites of whatever you're eating, then make yourself take a few big sips of water. Eat a few more bites, then water. It'll help a lot. You'll eat slower, and that's always good 😊

  • The next tip is for when you're studying or reading a book. Have a glass of water nearby, and after you finish a chapter or section, drink a good amount of your water. It keeps you awake, and you'll probably have to get up to refill your water a few times, giving you a little study break to digest what you're learning πŸ’—

  • ALWAYS stay hydrated while you exercise. If you feel like you need water, DRINK IT. Just don't drink so much that it causes you to feel sick or water-logged!

  • Keep a water bottle near your bed. Wake yourself up by drinking from it (even the whole thing if you can) as soon as you get up. You'll feel refreshed, and it'll kick start your metabolism for the rest of the day πŸ’–

  • All of these will help you stay motivated to drink water all day. It works well for me, and I hope it helps you all!! πŸ’— you can also drink a glass between chores and all that.
