How To Draw People (simple)
Start by simply drawing a head
From there begin to start adding on the neck and shoulders.
Add on the arms. Remember: arms generally seem to go thick to thin and again. Make sure to not make the arms too big or too small, making it disproportionate.
Add on the torso, and carry on to the bottom and the begging of your legs. Since I'm making a girl, I decided to fix the neck and make it a bit thinner as you can see.
At this point I like to take a break from the body and work and the face and hair.
Add on the hair, any style you like. I personally like short hair styles when I draw.
Add on more details. (If you're bad at hands much like I, then just draw a thumb and some other fingers. Or just adjust the arms to a point where it looks the he/she is folding their arms behind their back)
Then, add on the clothes. I, personally, like adding on a dress so I can cheat my way out of drawing shoes. 😂😂
My drawings are all self-taught, so they aren't very great. But, I like to think that the more you practice with the little things like hands, hair, shoes, and lips then the better you'll get.
