"How To Do Splits Within 30 Days" I got this from @blogilates on Instagram. So I decided to share this with you guys.
It maybe really hard to do but try not to miss a day for a successful outcome.
Stretches 1-5 are foundational stretches. You must do them everyday. The first 5 days, you're doing the first 5 stretches as a daily combo. So on day 6, you'll do 1-5 and 6, get it?
For each stretch try to hold it for at least 30 secs- 1 minute.
Spend at least 10 minutes stretching.
This is dedication, not easy but possible.
