  • 1Put your hands straight above your head.

  • 2Keep your legs bent before you actually somersault.

  • 3Jump up and push off really hard using your leg muscles to push. As you push off, about half-way you want to lift up your hands and grab your knees.

  • 5Try to land on your feet as you are coming down. Or do a cannon ball up to your feet.

  • 6Try to land with arms first! Be very careful not to hit your head.
