How To Do A Leap !
Step 1-make sure your warmed up and stretched 😊
Step 2- start of by doing a run up which is usually a step ball change or a simple run make sure that you keep your back straight .
Step 3- once you've done your run up as your doing your last run lift your front leg and your back leg and jump !!😊 make sure to pointe your feet , turn out your feet and legs and keep your hipes straight .
Step 4-As your landing your front leg should come down first then very quickly after your back leg .Make sure to land softly to not hurt your ankles .
*Note-over time your flexibility will get better (if you would like to know how to get more flexible go check out my other tips 😊) at first your leap won't be very big but in the end if you stretch you will get more flexible and you're leaps will get better 💜
