How To Do A Backhandspring
First Step: stand up and be sure your arms are by your ears' level.
Second Step: after standing up swing your arms straight back and squat.
Third Step: after swinging you arms put them back by your ears level and jump.
Fourth step: as you jump keep your arms by your ear's level and always keep your feet together.
A very good tip is when you land make sure to press your abs so you can easily land in both feet
Fifth Step: when you land make sure you bounce once.
After you make your first backhandspring you'll be able to do it with a roundoff and add maybe a backtuck
Also if any person can spot you make sure a hand is grabbing the back and the other one is grabbing the legs. This would help to land and to pass over your legs
