How To: Deal With Braces
avoid sweets, sodas, or gummies. they can leave a mark in your teeth. also avoid all the foods your orthodontist told you.
try to brush three times a day of after every meal.
if your braces hurt try to take some pain killers. i had to take some because my teeth were hurting bad and i would always wake up in the middle of the night hurting bad.
FRUIT: if your mouth is in pain try eating fruit. it soothes your gums. i know its weird but it wont hurt to try. also sometimes when my teeth hurt i get something very cold and just put it on my teeth.
download the app ibraces. it gives you recipes that work well with braces and what to do if something breaks. it's really help full for braces. its free on the app store.
