How To Cleanse Your Body ! 1. First and foremost you need to begin drinking tons of water, more then your daily average. If u drink two bottles a day , try increasing to 3-4. Why ? Not only is it good for you, it will hydrate you and you can begin to see less acne and your skin to glow. Down side , you visit the bathroom .....ALOT!2. Research a type of detox drinking method that words for your life style. I do detox water were you can combined different fruits and vegetable, along side with mint leaves, but it does get tiring so what I look and found was warm water and lemon , simple but effective. ️Add green tea too if you like more favor.
Fyi: drink the warm Lemon water in the morning because your body is just waking up.3. Move ! Stimulating your body (light exercise) can help improve your body function and keep everything moving.Everyone is different so I don't except everyone to have the same results, but anything to help cleanse your body is good for you.
