  • Okay so here's the string that I accidentally broke, oops. I had to order some new ones as I did not have any spare and I needed the whole of my strings for this Monday.

  • First of all, use pliers to take out the little 'tooth' as I like to call it.

  • Here is the 'tooth' after I took it out. Make sure you keep this near you and do not lose it as you'll need it.

  • Take out the string.

  • Next take your strings and take out the one you want (make sure you use the right one)

  • Take the side with this round circle and place it into the whole.

  • Next take that 'tooth' and place it in. First make sure you find the little slit, this needs to slide in with the string in the slit.

  • Place the string inside the whole of the circular thing (sorry I don't know the names of the parts)

  • Pull the string up so it stays but don't pull the string through too much, leave it a little loose.

  • Start winding up the string and you'll begin to see the string wrap around the circular thing.

  • Make sure the string is rested on the little slit at the top.

  • We are all done here, all you need to do now is tune. If you wish to you can cut of the remainders.
