  • Weight in lbs / 2.2 = kg x 0.8 = grams protein per day

    The macronutrients you really need to eat a bunch of is actually Carbohydrates!! Your brain runs off carbs! So what do you think a low or no carb diet will do?! Just make sure most of the carbs you eat are from whole food plants (fruit, whole grain bread, etc) you need at least 300 grams of carbs/ day! Let me know if you have any questions.
