The answer is.....BURST TRAINING!!!!👏👏👏🙌🙌
But what is burst training??👀
Burst training is short intervals of high intense work outs that get your heat pumping, and out of breath in a matter of seconds. Doing this can BURN fat FAST🔥
What you want to do to achieve the burst training miracle is as follows:
- Do high intense sprinting for 30 seconds (so, run down to the end of your road and back)
- Repeat 4 times
Do this FOUR times a day, and you will see results fast!
You can achieve burst training in another way too.
- Any shot, intense work out that get your heart rate up, and sweating is ideal for sprint training.
Do NOT, I repeat, do not do long boring hours of working out, or running. It will store fat needed to complete the running, as well as burn muscle for fuel. Straining your body by doing the same long, boring workouts everyday can have negative effects on your body, instead of helping.
Keep this plan up and you could get the body you always wanted, but could never have because of all the long boring running and work outs!
