Chicken is the most important food in your diet. Eat at least one serving of chicken each day with some kind of grain and a veggy.
Fish is the second biggest part of your diet. Salmon and Tuna are the leanest and the healthiest for you. Try and eat one serving of fish a day with a side like spinach.
Vegetables are so critical in your diet. I push for people to eat one serving of veggies each meal of the day. Always try to make little snacks out of your left over vegetables. Never waste your vegetables, there to important.

"SLEEP" The most important step to build lean muscle. Must Have 8 to 9 restless hours of sleep daily. Avoid eating, physical activity, and increased adrenaline be for getting ready for bed. Make a sleep plan, and follow it. Make sure to use your rest days wisely, This is where the muscle rebuilds.
"CREATINE" is just one of the things that makes everything better. Creatine is so critical for lean muscle mass. There's many different types of creatine but creatine monohydrate is the best choice. Always stack 20g a day for first week then 5g daily after. Creatine is best when taken after workouts
