  • If you want the body of your dreams it takes hard work and dedication πŸ’ͺπŸ’¦

    If you are consistent and work hard you can achieve your fitness goals

    The key to achieving the body you want is 80% eating clean and healthy and 20% working out and genetics

    The exercise is very important. You HAVE to workout to shed the pounds and keep the weight off and build lean muscle.

    Try to workout 4 days per week at the least and 6 days at max. Your muscles need time to heal so make sure you give them a day or two of rest.

    Aim to workout for at least 30 mins
    I usually workout for 60-90 mins

  • Working out!

    The key is to do a combination of cardio and strength training, otherwise known as hiit workouts (high intensity interval training).

    I have included a 10 min cardio workout video at the end that is a hiit workout and it's my go to cardio workout that I do 4-5 times a week. They say it's best to start any workout with cardio. And to do ab workouts last.

    So start off with cardio and then do strength training exercises such as squats, lunges, reverse crunches, etc.

    In addition to the 10 min cardio workout video I also have a 10 min butt, inner thighs, and lower ab video for you.

  • Another key to losing weight is to boost your metabolism.

    There are many ways to do this:

    Drink plenty of water πŸ’§
    aim for at least 8 glasses a day

    I personally like to drink detox waters I make a gallon a day and it tastes great and has so many benefits πŸ‰πŸ“πŸ‹πŸŠ

    My favorite detox water recipe:

    1/2 a cucumber sliced
    1/2 a lime sliced
    1/2 a lemon sliced
    1/2 a grapefruit sliced
    5-10 mint leaves

    Add fruit and herbs to pitcher and fill with water and ice if you like
    Let steep overnight and drink the entire pitcher next day
    Discard fruit after 24 hours

    Not only does muscle weigh more than fat, but it uses more energy, too. That means you're resetting your thermostat to keep running at that rate even on the days when you don't make it to the gym.

    Try to get at least 6 hours but the more sleep the better

  • Stress is your worst enemy when it comes to metabolism so try doing yoga or meditation to de-stress, or anything that keeps you relaxed

    Try taking a hot relaxing bath with Epsom salts πŸ›€

    Whatever you do to relax is fine just try to keep the stress to a minimum πŸ’―

    Green tea is great for boosting metabolism as well as many other benefits. This includes improved brain function, fat loss, a lower risk of cancer and many other incredible benefits.

    Drink 3-5 cups a day but make sure you get an organic brand that doesn't have any additives or artificial flavors

    Try eating foods with omega-3 fatty acids like fish, flaxseed oil, walnuts, or you can just get an omega-3 supplement
    Aim for 1,000 - 2,000 mg a day

    Omega-3s balance blood sugar and reduce inflammation, helping to regulate metabolism. They may also reduce resistance to the hormone leptin, which researchers have linked to how fast fat is burned.

    Eat breakfast to jump start your metabolism. Skipping it is NOT an option. Your body needs that fuel and you will eat less throughout the day.

    Eat more not less!

    Try eating 6 small meals a day around 300 cals or less

    Make sure you don't cut out too many calories because your metabolism will stop the fat burning process to conserve energy.
