    Today this tip may help you become more happier!
    No body likes being sad, We all want to feel happy right?
    You have came to the right place hopefully.
    If you want to help your self get happier then I recommend to try these steps!
    You do not have too, It's your choice!

  • 1. You need to find Motivation. Motivation is going to be your main goal.
To do this you need to help your self.
Motivation is the best anti-depressant. 
By doing this you need to find things you like to do? Etc. singing, reading, walking your dog, Riding, Dancing, Fitness and Sports.

  • 2. Facing your uncomforted zone. Challenge your self to things that you wouldn't normally do! Etc. Going up to a counter to order, Making conversation, shopping or looking for a job. Ask a close friend/family member to help encourage you. You CAN do it. There is no such thing as Can't!

  • 3. Confidence! Look in the Mirror. You see you right? You can't change the way you look, but you know that you're beautiful! Of course! Everyone is! Every day look in the Mirror and tell your self YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL AND YOU DO NOT CARE WHAT OTHERS THINK OF YOU, even if it's for 10 seconds. Try it! :)

  • 4. Surround yourself in BRIGHT COLOURS! Bright Colours is Happiness! Etc. Bright Yellow made me relaxed because it reminded me of a sun set or sunny day! Why don't you go ahead and do something different like paint your room a nice Bright Colour or Print out some colours on paper with funny Quotes!

  • 5. Helping others! It always makes you feel about your self when you help other friends who are going through the same thing because you can totally understand how they feel! Even giving people compliments would cheer their day up!

  • 6. In your free time! Why don't you watch a funny movie, have a bubble bath, play games, cook some yummy food, read a funny book, listen to relaxing music or take a nap! These can help take your mind off things!

  • 7. Why don't you give your self a little Make over to feel better about yourself? Like get a hair cut, colour your hair, try new styles/make up looks, buy new makeup, clothes shopping, self tan, get a piercing or a tattoo!

  • 8. Surround your self around Animals!
Animals can make you Happy! They are cute and can be cuddly! Aw just how adorable! If you don't have a pet why don't you look on adopting one or just go visit the Zoo. Animals are the best and they will never judge you! :)

  • 9. Don't bottle things up! If something is bothering you, let it all out all on the table! Getting things off your shoulders is a relief!

  • 10. Social Media! If someone is bullying or what you see is making you depressed online, block that person or page! I can understand that Social Media is addictive but if worse comes to worse, delete it all together!
