How To Become Flexible

Hold both splits for ten seconds (they don't have to be full splits)
Hold a straight legged bridge for thirty seconds (at least as close as you can get to straight legs) use your shoulders not your legs to straighten your legs and keep your legs and feet together!
Do that twice a day before you go to bed and after you wake up and eventually you'll have your desired flexibility and once you do don't stop stretching or you'll lose your flexibility!
Also if you want to get flexible for a sport like dance or cheerleading because you want to have a needle a scale or a heel stretch do your
scorpion, heel stretch, or scale as best as you can everyday too and eventually you will see the improvement! (it doesn't have to be a heel stretch, scorpion, or scale it can be any other body position I just used those as a example)
