  • Get some wine an heat on the stove for about 5 to 8 mins! Heat only enough for a small glass! Once the wine is done an is hot just sip the wine until it's all gone! U will start to sweat an feel tired! Lay down under the covers an get some rest! U may sleep for awhile but when u wake up u will feel a lot better! It works!!!! I do this every winter when I get sick! Also the wine will not taste so great while its hot! But u have to drink it in order to feel better!
