  • Ok so guys, if you are reading this then you are obviously feeling down or depressed or worthless etc. I know how it is I've suffered, but guess what? I've almost fully recovered, I survived and you can too->

  • <- step 1: start saying that. It's scientific see, your brain doesn't just know when dinner is ready, it just doesn't know that when the alarm clock goes off you have to get up, to do these things you have to train it, like you have to do with this.
"I'm stronger than depression" or "depressions can go get f*cked"

  • Step 2-> PLUG IN SOME EAR PHONES, BLOCK FEELINGS, BLOCK LIFE, BLOCK THE WORLD.

  • also here is some songs, to also listen to. Obviously you can mix 'n' match ;)

  • That is true on the last page. But when you try and tell someone they always betray you and tell other people. Which kind of sucks when you think you could trust them.
TBH that is what causes most problems, some people are afraid to speak up because people might judge? People might think you're attention seeking? BS I understand how it is and it is hard! Anti-depressants don't work they are just addicting.

  • The people from child health support shit, they say just speak up to help us 'cope' when all they really want to do is get paid. Half of the time they've never been diagnosed or experienced what it's like to have depression straight after you have beaten cancer. They just want us to speak up. Yeah no. Then they say you need counselling. Nope I'm good. They don't understand how hard it is, getting up each day knowing that it won't be any better.
They ask "when and where do you self harm?" That's none of your business. And depression isn't just self harm...

  • It is also anxiety, a mental disorder etc. I don't get how these people think they know us, when the don't all of our information is on a little sheet of paper but they don't know who we really are.

  • Step 3-> take a long hot bath (If you don't have a bath, like myself just go in the shower) and have some alone time. It helps sooth you're mind and cleanse your soul.

  • Step 4: watch a film or two.
In you're room with some sweets and popcorn. No chocolate cliche because that's just stupid
