How To Be Ready For Your Fav SportIf you decide to join a sport for your school the best thing you wanna be ready for is the conditioning. I you wanna make the team then you wanna be ready for what the coaches throw at you. For me, before i do a school is iver the summer i run alot, and in conditiong you will be running ALOT! You dont hav to run long hours or long distances but run a few miles every day and the best thing about that is that you can run whenever you hav time to! You also wanna drink alot of water and eat healthy. This helped me alot with school sports i joined alot of teams this year so i hope this works for u!
