  • I recommend the night before the day, take a shower (or bath) so you will be nice and fresh for the morning. I would also, make your lunch that night for the next day. Set your alarm clock to the correct time, and put the alarm clock away from your bed! On your dresser would be best. Don't have any electronics. That means no TV, phone, tablet, (ect.) And put on some comfortable clothes for the night.
    When you get up, wash your face, eat, comb your hair (curl, straighten your hair), and brush your teeth. Put on your clothes for that day. When you walk into the building, don't forget to smile!
