    1. The most obvious - stretch every night 💫
    2. Work on the side you are least flexi on💁
    3. Stretch all parts of your body..
    ~ back
    ~ legs
    ~ arms
    ~ ankles and wrists
    4. Eat/drink some what healthy
    5. Push your self BUT not to the limit where you are in pain!!
