  • 1) it's ok to cry! Even if you are in a public place like school or with family. Everyone has to let it out at some stage! So In your mind keep telling yourself that it's ok to cry because this will calm you down more about the situation πŸ‘

  • 2) count too 1000, I have just recently been in the situation of which I was on the brake of crying in public. In this situation one of the first things I've ever learnt to do, is to count to 1000, trust me it takes your mind off things πŸ’š
