  • Yes, junk food is delicious and No, I did not cut it out of my diet, why because when you don't have it, you crave it and when you crave it you eat a lot. before I eat junk food I drink a whole bottle of water so I eat less of it then drink more water after to get the taste out of my mouth.

  • Sorry to say there's no way around working out. However you don't need to do it as often as you think. 2 times a week is sufficient. You don't need to spend hours on the treadmill a day, you'll just be in pain and won't workout for another month. (Used to happen to me all the time)

  • Don't drink up all your calories either, avoid sodas, energy drinks and sports drinks. You can still drink it just not as much. Stick to milk and water
